- How do I cash out my earnings? 

Once your account balance has reached a minimum cash out mark, you can cash out into your own bank account through PayPal. Simply open the app, go to your profile screen, and press the cash out button. The app will automatically send payment to the PayPal account associated with the email address you registered with and it will appear within 72 hours.  

- What if I don’t have a PayPal account? 

No problem. You can set your PayPal account up after you have pressed the cash out button. The money will be there waiting for you. Within 72 hours of pressing the cash out button you will receive an email from PayPal telling you that Voxpopme Ltd has sent you a payment. There will be an option to "Claim your money now". Clicking on this will take you through to the PayPal website where you can Log In or Sign Up. All you need to do is sign up for a new account. Once you have created your account the money will be waiting for you. 

- I have set up a new PayPal account but my Voxpopme earnings aren't in it 

Did you press the cash out button in the app? Have you waited 72 hours to receive your payment? If you are sure you have pressed the cash out button and waited 72 hours then send an email to cashout@voxpopme.com and we will check out what's happening with your payment for you.

- Can I send payment to another PayPal account? 

We don't recommend this. The quickest, easiest and securest way for you to get your payment is to sit back and let it be sent to the PayPal account associated with the email address that you registered for the app with (or create a new PayPal account under that email address if you haven't already got one, which only takes a few seconds - see point no.2.) Sending it to another PayPal account is possible but our team will need to manually process this request so it could take up to 7 days. Email cashout@voxpopme.com to request this.

 - How long will it take for me to receive payment after I have pressed the cash out button? 

We will pay your earnings into your PayPal account within 72 hours of receiving your cash out request. You will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that we have received your cash out request. Once your earnings from Voxpopme are in your PayPal account you will receive an email from PayPal to let you know. All you need to do is transfer the money into your own bank account (it’s down to your bank how long this takes - for some it could be a matter of minutes, for others it could be days).

- Can I change my email address within the app? 

Yes. With the latest version of the app you can edit your email address. Just go to the Settings tab, select Edit Profile and update your email address.

- Do I have to pay Income Tax on my earnings from Voxpopme? 

Our terms and conditions state that this is your responsibility to investigate and action.
